Unit 7 – “Vista Del Mar” The "Vista Del Mar" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome duplex – Located on the northwest corner of the property. The “Vista Del Mar” offers our best view of the north pacific overlooking public beach access. It has private stairs for access or ground level entry through the garage and a shared viewing deck. Both stories are connected by an internal staircase but can be separated with the privacy door. THE UPPER FLOOR: Features 2 bedrooms, kitchen with peninsula and side bar, living room and hall bath (shower over tub) Bedroom 1 upstairs, has 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs, has 2 twin beds and share the hall bath. There is a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes an electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, utensils and cookware. The dining area seats six people. Enjoy the magical sunsets from the living room, dining room, and upper level deck. THE LOWER FLOOR: Includes a Master Suite with a walk-in closet and en suite bath (shower) and separate access through the garage. The downstairs master has 2 twin beds and 1 queen.
