Other things to note My rates include the Hondurian taxes of 19 % for stays shorter than 28 days or 15 % for stays longer than 28 days. Wifi and water is also included. My rates for long term rentals of one month or more are being discounted a lot but do not include electricity since this can vary greatly depending on your consumption. You can expect it to be between 75$ and 250$+-... This will be billed at the end of your stay according to pictures of electrical meter readings taken at arrival and at departure time. Once your booking is confirmed I will pass along the booking info to my property manager who will be your contact while on the island. They will also be able to assist you prior to arrival with booking adventures, transportation, or any other activities you wish during your stay.
