Home Away From Home! Ski-in/Ski-out, dog friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo w/ loft, fireplace, & views. The space Short-Term Rental License: 305650 You’ll want for nothing when you retreat to this wonderful mountain condo that’s close to everything! Enjoy a beautifully remodeled kitchen and updated bathrooms with heated towel bars. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone, wood-burning fireplace. We supply the firewood! The walk-through kitchen is full size and stocked with everything you need and more. You’ll find two of the bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. Two sliding glass doors open to a large balcony where you can enjoy epic sunsets and awesome views of Washington Gulch. Upstairs gives access to the sleeping loft, a third bedroom, and another bathroom. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes, and guests have access to the washer/dryer in the unit. Ski-out to the West Wall lift—the slopes are just steps away from this condo. Ski back in via the groomed path to the parking lot in front of the building. In summer, hiking and biking trails are just outside the front of the building. This condo is less than a mile from the base area at the resort and about three miles from the heart of downtown Crested Butte where you’ll find all your favorite shops and restaurants. In ski season, catch a ride with our complimentary local shuttle service that runs 8am-midnight, seven days a week. They pick you up in front of your condo and take you where you need to go! Or—you can also catch a ride on the free town shuttle; the closest bus stop is only about a block away. NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season! Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder. The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs down to access K-301. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires. Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo. Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning. On-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round.
