It's located in a peaceful neighborhood by the forest and next to Ithaca College, 5 minutes away from Buttermilk Falls State Park, 4-minute drive from Commons and 8 minutes away from Cornell. Featuring lots of natural light and two porches ideal for yoga practice. Modern kitchen with new appliances, spacious living room for guests and a private parking lot for (6) cars. Ideal to experience Ithaca! Free wi-fi and cable TV included for your convenience. Coffee and latte maker at the kitchen for your early mornings! Two porches (one on South side and the other on East side of the house) are ideal for morning yoga practice. The place is right by the forest so expect to see deer wondering around.
