Clean and comfortable room in a quiet farmhouse just 15 mins off the highway. Perfect for a good night sleep. Very peaceful, spacious and private house with bird song and friendly horses. Well-equipped and homey. Kid and pet-friendly. You will be reserving the Garden View room with a king bed an plenty of storage. Location: 15 minutes from Macksville 15 minutes from Pacific Hwy House: Shared kitchen and shower House rules: Late check-in ok, but please keep noises down after 9 pm The space Shared accommodation. At times you'll be the only guest, at times there will be other sharing the bathroom and kitchen. The communal areas are regularly monitored for cleanliness. Please read the check-in instructions carefully, which is sent out in the morning. Pets welcome! We only ask to please pick up the mess, and if you let your pets on furniture use your own blankets. Please don't leave food sitting around, as we don't want rats and bugs attracted to the left over food. If your pet's hair sticks into the bedding, or has paw marks on it after your visit, which would require multiple washing cycles, we will need to charge extra cleaning costs. Guest access Please let us know your ETA, so we can meet you on arrival or arrange access. During your stay As your host, I live on-site and probably will be present during your stay. I will be available to assist with check-in, answer any questions, and provide local recommendations to enhance your visit. While I am on the property, I respect the privacy of my guests.
