We recommend renting a car or scooters to fully enjoy the area and the island. The house offers 170 sqm of living space across three floors. Guests have to make just a few steps to one of the estate's swimming pools from the living room/kitchen area on the ground floor. On the main floor there is open plan living with a large family room with a Smart TV, comfortable sofa, dining area and a fully equipped European style kitchen. In the back there is a room with a washing machine that is ideal for longer stays. On the second floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. One of which has a balcony overlooking the residence. And on the third floor another bedroom connected to a spacious patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the house is air-conditioned throughout. You will find happiness and harmony at AP Grand Residence, a delightful complex that blends the colors of the forest with a full range of facilities such as a playground, swimming pool, kids pool, SPA pool for 12 people, landscaped garden, free parking and 24 hour security on-site. Electric usage 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check-in is also available on request free of charge.
