While we carry out thorough cleaning and inspections before each check-in, it is difficult to completely prevent this due to the natural surroundings. We kindly ask for your understanding, and recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to insects take this into consideration when making a reservation. ・Our facility is a fully unmanned hotel. We do not provide room service or additional supplies. ・Amenities (face towels, bath towels, toothbrush sets) are prepared with one set per person. ・All indoor areas are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces such as the entrance, balcony, and veranda. ・Fireworks are prohibited within the facility premises. ・Pets are not allowed in this facility. In the event that a pet is found on the premises, separate cleaning fees and charges for any furniture damage will be automatically deducted from the provided credit account. ・Due to noise complaints from neighboring residents caused by a few guests with poor manners, there have been incidents where the police had to be called. As there are elderly and children residing nearby, please be especially mindful of noise, particularly during nighttime. If there are reports from neighbors, please note that we may require immediate check-out. ・As our facility is located in a rich natural environment, insects may enter the premises (both indoors and outdoors).
