The house, in the style of a Tyrolean country house, is located on a quiet side street overlooking Fellhorn and Zahmer Kaiser. Due to a climatically favored location, winter gives us a lot of snow and summer pleasantly warm days. The south-facing attic apartment (32 sqm) consists of a combined living-bedroom with double bed (180 × 200), flat-screen TV, wardrobe, cozy sitting area, a separate attic room with two single beds (90 × 200), a mini kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The quality apartment is on the second floor and has a furnished balcony with mountain views of Fellhorn and Zahmer Kaiser. It is designed for a family with two children or for four people who do not mind the sloping roof of the attic. Guest access The Alpenchalet – Reit im Winkl is located in the quiet, south-facing district of Entfelden, about 700 m from the center of Reit im Winkl. Free parking is available to each of our guests right in front of the house. Upon arrival, we will be happy to welcome you personally, hand over keys and spa cards and will be at your disposal for any questions you may have. Alternatively, you can also remove the key to your apartment from the key safe and then find everything else in your apartment. You will receive the code for the key safe as well as the code to access the house after your booking. Other things to note Our house offers only non-smoking apartments. Our water comes from the Entfeldener spring and is the purest spring water from the Alps. The heating system is supplied by the biomass power plant "Naturwärme." In addition to the heated ski room, in-house Wi-Fi is of course available to our guests free of charge. The basic amenities of the apartments include towels and bedding. You will also find a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics such as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. FAMILY Not only the immediate surroundings, with short distances to playground, leisure pool, extensive meadows and streams or children's ski school and toboggan hills. Our game collection also makes rainy days entertaining. For young families, we offer a crib, high chair, toilet seat and stool free of charge. A washing machine can also be used on request. DOG OWNERS Responsible dog owners and their four-legged family members are always welcome here. For the four-legged friends we have a daily flat rate of €10. CITY TAX Per person and vacation day | Adults €2.70 | Children 7-17 years €1.20 | must be paid on site The visitor's tax not only allows you to use all relevant parking spaces in Reit im Winkl free of charge, but also gives you free access via the private road to the Winklmossalm as well as free access to the pools in Reit im Winkl and the forest outdoor pool in Kössen. BASIC PRICE The base price is for two people. Each additional person costs €20 per day. Children under 3 years are free of charge.
