Legacy 3 is located on the first floor at the front of a small block of units across from Bilinga/ North Kirra beach. This comfortable unit offers 2 bedrooms - master with queen and second with 2 single beds and spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living area offers stunning ocean views and breezes including a shared balcony off the side of the unit.  Ceiling fans in the loungeroom and both bedrooms. There are also communal laundry facilities and a single lock up garage for your convenience. This is affordable beachfront living in one of the finest positions. * This property does not offer Wi-Fi. * * Please note from May 2025 - early 2026, there will be road and path upgrades taking place on Pacific Parade, which may restrict parking and driveway access. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Linen Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
