For those who like places with cable and good internet, we've got it! Cable TV (AT&T U-verse) that offers 200+ channel Cable TV (w/Football) and high speed internet. You'll have two private bedrooms. One with a King bed (with a VERY comfortable mattress) and a 40 inch TV. The other features a Queen bed with the same comfortable mattress and a vanity for a glamorous get up. Our cozy living room features a bar area for you to mix up some drinks while lounging on our L couch, and enjoy our 50 inch TV. The couch has a pull-out full sized bed with mattress (not an uncomfortable futon!) if you're looking for a third bed. One full bathroom with shower/bath combo. Fully renovated with brand new long subway tile, wide soaking bath tub, and some more vibe. We provide all linens/towels/pillows, travel size soap & shampoo. If you forget anything else, we're next door to a nice updated gas station/convenience store that has EVERYTHING and CVS Pharmacy that also has everything you could need (more than you could have access to with a 5 star hotel!) The kitchen table can seat up to 8. We are stocked with glassware, champagne/wine glasses, silverware, dishware, cookware, and some bakeware. Our coffee maker is a Classic Drip Machine and we provide you the first round of coffee, cream, and sugar (although we HIGHLY recommend trying some amazing coffee shops East Nashville has to offer: Barista Parlor, Dose Coffee, and Ugly Mugs). We also have some tea available. Our refrigerator makes ice and serves good filtered water. DISCLAIMER: -Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay. -We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go. -We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home. -If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. -Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer. Parking: FREE. We can park up to 4 cars on our gravel driveway. **There is an additional $200 fee for guests wanting to book our property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.** Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available. We can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out. If there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price. The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate. Guest access You'll have access to our entire property, parking, and backyard. We will provide you with a door code instead of keys for ease of arrival. Get here when you get here (any time after 3pm). Other things to note ** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!! **Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee! NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI, please!
