The Anima house is located in a well-kept and over 12,000 m² complex with a bathing pond, soccer goals, a swing, a sandbox and plenty of space to relax and unwind. A perfect place for a vacation with the whole family. On the approx. 25 sqm south terrace you can enjoy the sun and end the day with a cool refreshment. The house impresses with modern furnishings and a spacious layout. On the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, a dining table for 6 people and an open kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna, so you can spend cozy days in the Anima house even in winter. The underfloor heating on the ground floor also ensures a cozy feeling. In the storage room you will find cushions for the terrace furniture, iron and ironing board, other utensils such as beach toys and kites. Board games and a collection of books are also waiting to sweeten your vacation in any weather. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds. The rooms are generously divided, so that even the two stackable single beds can be accommodated. If you don't need them, they serve as a comfortable daybed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washer-dryer is available free of charge. The caretaker on the premises will be happy to offer you wood for the fireplace for a fee. A free outdoor parking space is available for you on the fenced property. This vacation home has the possibility of keyless access by means of a smart door lock. This allows you to head directly to the accommodation on the day of arrival. The same applies to the day of departure, when the key return in our office is not necessary and you can leave directly.
