This modern apartment space feels bright & open. Full of amenities, it’s great for a single guest, group of friends, or a family. Located in the beautiful University Neighborhood Historic District, adjacent to the Idaho State University campus. Our proximity to many walkable destinations makes this a prime location for your time in Pocatello! The space is full of amenities! THE BEDROOM features a California King size Casper mattress, luxury linens, and open clothing storage with shelves and a hanging rod with hangers. The window has 2-way cordless light filtering/room darkening shades. There is also a white noise machine. THE BATHROOM has a spacious shower with elongated rain shower head, radiant floor heating, and a large counter space. In addition, there is a makeup mirror with light, and an assortment of personal care items: shampoo/conditioner/body wash, Q-tips/cotton pads/cotton balls, flossers, hair dryer, flat iron, a handheld steamer for clothing, and humidifier. If forgotten or needed there are also spare sundries: toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, stain stick, Tylenol/Advil, first aid kit, deodorant, night lights, shower cap, contact lens solution & storage containers. THE KITCHEN features full sized appliances, toaster, hand blender, and everything you need to cook & eat (dishware/cookware/utensils/cutting boards & knives). Coffee & Tea are provided: there is a Nespresso Vetruo machine that produces both espresso and coffee, as well as an instant hot dispenser for tea or expedited hot water for cooking. In addition, basic cooking ingredients are available (olive oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, sugar, flour) and some snacks and drinks for your enjoyment. THE LIVING ROOM has a couch with a queen size memory foam sleeper bed, 2 sitting chairs, and a television with Direct TV Now & Amazon Fire TV with assorted apps (Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, etc). THE DINING space has antique cafeteria table with 4 swinging seats. THE OFFICE space has a writing desk with chair, power outlets, and a notepad with pens and pencils. THE CLOSET in the hallway is spacious and contains hangers, spare pillows/blankets/linens, laundry basket, and full sized mirror. IN ADDITION, if traveling with infants or young children, we have the following items available for use, upon request: Beds: •Bloom Mini Crib •Guava Travel Crib •Children’s Aerobed Room Darkening: The side windows in the living space have 2-way cordless light filtering/room darkening shades, and there is also a temporary blackout curtain for the decorative window, if needed. Tub: •Skip Hop Moby Smart Sling 3-stage Tub (infant-to-toddler) that can be used in the shower, with the handheld shower option. Also a bath book and kid towel. High Chair: •Phil & Ted's Lobster Chair that clamps to the table for children up to 37lbs. Guest access Our yard & patio space, as well as the play space next to the main house, all contained in the fenced yard. Other things to note We share the access gate to the back yard and the exterior door to the carriage house to access the garage. There is a separate door with keypad at the top of the stairs entering the apartment.
