The bright gallery apartment has a living room with dining table and sofa corner, a nice bathroom, kitchen with gas stove, microwave and dishwasher and all the things you need to feel comfortable! You enter the modern vacation home through an entrance area that immediately gives access to the first of the two existing bedrooms. The furnishings in this area include a wardrobe, a box spring bed (140 x 200) and a small shelf. The following dining area is equipped with a table that is equipped with four chairs and is directly within reach of the kitchenette, which has a sink, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a gas stove. Dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, a microwave and a coffee machine are also available to ensure your physical well-being. On the lower floor you will also find the shower room with toilet. A laundromat with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is about 200 meters away. In addition to the dining area and the sleeping areas, the gallery apartment has a cozy living area, which, equipped with a sofa, a table, an armchair and a TV, provides sufficient relaxation. The bright window front also provides friendly lighting and access to the fenced outdoor area of your vacation home. This is not visible from the outside, so you can spend cozy hours here in fine weather. A barbecue, a dining area and deck chairs are available for this. The brick barbecue is unfortunately broken, but there is a good alternative! There is access to the parking lot. If you plan to move into the vacation home with several people, the upper floor with two single beds offers additional sleeping accommodations. Also in this room is a wardrobe and two shelves; also a sink and a bathroom mirror are available on this floor. Smoke detectors and co-detectors are available on both floors. Guest access The charging station with 2 connections is in operation. Location: Guest parking lot in front of the barrier. There is also a small supermarket and a laundromat with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Also in the immediate vicinity are the 18-hole golf course, canoe rental, sailing school and surf school... Fantastic bike paths along the dikes, through various nature and bird sanctuaries, through idyllic villages to the dunes and along the North Sea beaches where you can be in harmony with nature and the sea. Hotspot for kite surfers: About 40 minutes from Bruinisse by car: Brouwersdam. Ideal for SSW, SW, WSW, W, WNW, NW, NNW. Various schools and distributors on site (e.g. KBC). At W, WNW, NW there is the spot Grevelingenmeer / Grevelingendam right by Bruinisse (approx. 5 minutes from the house).
