Butzenresidenz

Vacation Rental in Rübeland / Susenburg . I’m renting out a quiet vacation rental with rustic charm and modern furnishings on the outskirts of Rübeland. The living area is 180 m² spread over two floors. It features a combined living, kitchen, and dining area with access to the terrace. The apartment has five bedrooms, each accommodating two to three people, as well as two bathrooms with showers and toilets, and a separate toilet. One bedroom is open-concept and located near the staircase. All necessary amenities are provided. In addition to central heating, the property features a wood-burning stove for added coziness, satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is located right on the Bode River, which is a great place to cool off. Up to five cars can park in front of the house, with additional parking available 20 meters further down the road. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking or biking. The outdoor pool is about a 10-minute drive away. There are many attractions nearby. If you have any questions, we’d be happy to provide further information. Note: Charging electric cars is not possible here. Best regards, the Butzenresidenz
