The Beach Cottage, a Duck semi-oceanfront home, offers ocean views, ample deck space, comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and a new private pool! All of the comforts you and your family would want in an OBX vacation home are here! The home is located just a couple miles from the center of downtown Duck which can be reached by a convenient multi-use path or by car. *Weekly rental with Friday turnover during summer season The space The Beach Cottage can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children with a classic OBX beach box floorplan containing 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The great room features a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, a dining room table, a brand new sectional couch, a smart TV, and incredible ocean views with access to the deck area. The hallway leads to a full bathroom and three bedrooms (the master has an ensuite bathroom). The three bedrooms include a King, a Queen, and a bunk room with two bunk beds. All three of the bedrooms contain smart TVs. Guest access Guests have entire access of the home. Other things to note No pets! *Pool opens for the season April 1 and closes end of October. ***Optional pool heating available for $30/day upon 48-hour request prior to check-in. PLEASE NOTE: Pool heaters can only heat the pool 10 degrees above the average daily temperature - that's the average between the high and low for the day. If the average daily temperature is below 55 degrees, the pool heater will not be able heat the pool. *Beach Gear at house: 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 1 beach cart and pool/beach toys.
