The bedrooms have wall heaters and the living room has a plug in heater* Cooking meals is easy with the fully stocked kitchen, large kitchen counters, a 5-burner gas stove and all the cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, just off the kitchen when you don't feel like eating out. The grocery store is a short 3-minute walk away. Great for families. The front porch offers a great area for your morning cup of coffee! LOCATION Perfectly located in the heart of Avalon. This Avalon house is within walking distance of the main grocery store (Von’s), only three blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Front Street (Crescent Avenue) is the center of Avalon entertainment, featuring various restaurants, shops and nightlife options. You and your family or friends can easily spend your days soaking up the sunshine as you explore the charming streets of this beautiful island. Maximum Occupancy: 5 people / Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & Twin Bed. We cannot accommodate more than 5 guests. Once you have booked, we will ask for your boat arrival time and list of guests in your party. Please bring you current Driver's License or ID on arrival. We will confirm your identity and age. The age requirement for booking is 25 years of age. You will not be allowed in the property if you booked a reservation with us and do not meet the age requirement.
