A windowed door will lead you to the gorgeous terrace, sunny but with a big tent, perfect for romantic evenings paired with good Italian wine, after a tiring day of sightseeing. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with a high-quality Italian mattress, and 4 pillows. You have 2 bathrooms, one with a sink and toilet, while the main en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower with chromotherapy. Jacuzzi that you see in the pictures will be available from April 22nd and only in ideal weather conditions till the end of September. Guest access The apartment is just for you. No shared spaces. According to Italian law (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.), we must receive a valid passport copy for every guest before arrival, to register with the local police (AlloggiatiWeb). If we do not receive it, we are not allowed to host you. We will contact you 5 days before arrival to arrange this safely. Only after receiving the documents, we will send you all self check-in instructions the day before your arrival. Other things to note Please note that the flat is on the 5th floor without an elevator, so it's not ideal for elderly people or guests with disabilities.
