The next door neighbors on either side are close since the homes are waterfront. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom (there is no door to separate the room from the bathroom, but there is a small hallway and a walk-in closet to separate the spaces for some privacy). The second bedroom is close to the second bathroom. There is a small laundry room. The kitchen is a good size and is open to the living room. The workspace/desk area is in-between the kitchen/living area. There is one parking space for your vehicle, but a long-bed pickup truck or longer (such as a trailer) would need to be parked on a side street. Guest access You are renting the top floor of the building and it has its own separate entrance and large balcony. Other things to note Beaches in our neighborhood are privately owned. Houses are close to one another and people enjoy their privacy and personal space, so we ask that you respect this during your stay. Generally we find that guests enjoy staying in the condo and on the balcony, but there is also a public park with a small beach and public docks just 3 houses down. Great for launching your kayak, standup paddle, boat, or other water toys - or if you just want to relax on the water.
