The villa is totally furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that the homes are equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom of the main house, and guest house, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas. There are extensive lighted pathways and grounds to explore. Bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds in the guest house that can be converted into a king size bed. There is also a sofa bed located in the guest house. Bedroom and bathroom linens will be prepared by housekeeping. Beach towels and a cooler are provided for your days at the beach. Wireless Internet is provided, and you can also enjoy Netflix at the smart TV. Guest will have full access to the entire property. Both homes, pool, gazebo and all outdoor living space. No other guests or homeowners will be on site during your stay.
