Park in garage or on driveway if needed (no street parking). New vinyl flooring, paint, water heater and more. Please let us know if you have any questions! :) A twin floor mattress is available upon request at no extra charge if you prefer not to share the king bed. There is a separate basement apartment. Please don’t be alarmed if you see a vehicle drive around back and people enter via the separate entrance. They don’t have access to the main floor and you won’t have access to the basement apartment. Noise levels from the basement should be very low. Please do not use the extra bedrooms and bathroom. We live at the edge of a safe, quiet subdivision with calming, rustic views from almost every room. Just 7-8 min. Center (Evanston Parks and Recreation), and the Bear River Greenway (ice skate on the lake in winter, paddle in summer).
