Three bedroom two bathroom cottage located less then a mile to the beach, park and Cedar Lake’s top restaurants. Relax with your family or friends as you have the entire home to yourself. You will love our outdoor entertainment areas and our spacious backyard. About a mile away from the closest public boat launch and to boat/kayak rentals. Walk over and grab an ice cream at the local ice cream shop and enjoy your lake view. Come relax with us at the lake! The space On the first floor, you will find the kitchen, living room, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a standup shower. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a queen. The third bedroom with a bunk bed with full sized mattresses. There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower and bathtub. The laundry room is also on the second floor. Outside, the front of the house faces Hilltop drive. Out front, you will find a patio. Out back there is a deck with a table and chairs. Outback there is also a fire pit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor property. Plenty of parking in front and back of home. Other things to note This house is not intended for party use. Guests will be asked to leave. Guests may not use the the lake front area by the house. This is private property. If you bring a boat, you can only use the public access area. By the house is NOT public access, it is private property. Again, all areas around this house are private. Please note that this home is on a well water system and not town water. If guests use the fire pit, please us extreme caution and common sense. The neighbors house is very close so please be considerate. There are fire extinguishers by the fire pit. These are to be used in an emergency only. Please extinguish the fire with water before walking away.
