The bedrooms are private areas but do not have any doors as this was a Cafe and Movie Theater. It was a Cafe for the Students that John McAfee had there for flying lessons. There is a Private Runway on site. It is set in High Desert Surrounded by Mountains. Birding , Astronomy, Hiking and Wildlife. 10 miles to Coronado National Park. Dogs may be allowed with owners discretion + fee The space The property is remote. Located 4 miles North of Rodeo, NM. It sits in High Desert Surrounded by Mountains. Very quiet and tranquil setting. We have 3 Great Horned Owls that live in the Pine Trees on the property Guest access The entire Cafe part of the building is the portion that is converted for living space. There is an attached 36 seat Movie Theater that is not part of the rental. Other things to note Certain dog breeds are allowed at the discretion of the Owner. there is a $100 pet cleaning fee if the pet is allowed. please contact the Owner for further information.
