Huge Manor w/ Indoor Hot Tub and Pool Table

Great for family gatherings and IU sporting events. Ten bedrooms (16 beds total) w/ hot tub, Pool Table and backyard with privacy fence. Three miles South of IU campus, ten minute walk to YMCA, 15 minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs are allowed on the Main floor. Hot tub is open year round. Bike trail which connects to the downtown and college mall just 2 blocks away. 2 parks on the bike trail are within 1 mile. I only use green cleaning products, pay a $15 minimum hourly wage to all cle 10 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, hot tub, backyard, privacy fence, 3 floor house with bedroom on every floor. The house has 13 rooms. Please note that 3 of the bedrooms are odd. One is a dormitory room in the basement with 2 twin over full bunk beds and a full bed. One is a large closet with 2 twin floor mattresses. One has a Pull out sofa, it can serve as either a bedroom or a living room space, but you need to cross the room to get to the hot tub and is one entrance to the backyard. 60" Plasma TV with streaming (Roku) to the TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBOGO, Disney and ESPN Their are 2 spaces not for guest access. The garage and the utility room in the basement. Parties are allowed, but I must be notified and give approval. You will have the entire house to yourselves and I have a keyless lock for your arrival. But I am always available to answer any of your questions before or during your trip and will fix any problems you may encounter at my place. Previous guests have told me I provide faster service than a hotel. I live in a lovely upper middle class neighborhood full of trees and gardens. There are 2 bus lines a short walking distance from my house. Their is a bike trail which connects to the downtown and college mall just 2 blocks away. Bloomington is a small town, so taxi fares are inexpensive. If you are bringing more than 6 vehicles please inform me at booking. I may have to arrange additional parking. In addition to my nightly charge I have a $300 cleaning fee and an extra guest fee of $30 per night per guest. I have an attached garage which is not a guest space. I have cleaners who will sometimes need to access the space and possibly do some work in it.
