The recently renovated Aqua apartment is spacious, elegant, quiet and is located 5 minutes from the famous Orient Bay and from Grand Case, The two bedrooms are charming and air conditioned with extremely comfortable beds The apartment has been furnished with high quality and tasty furniture, with a very well equipped kitchen. Important note : if you select 1 guest you will access to one bedroom only. Thank you The space Apartment of 86 square meters on one level. Large bright living room with meticulously equipped open-plan kitchen. Organic hand and dish soap (Myers brand) The two bedrooms are approximately 12m square each and both are bright and quiet. Each has a large closet. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment Other things to note A parking place is available inside the residency. At your arrival will be available some basic necessities: shampoo, shower gel, water bottle, coffee, sugar, bottle of water, olive oil, salt and pepper... If you stay 10 days or less: several bath and beach towels per guest are provided. * No cleaning service included during a stay of 10 days or less. If you stay more than 10 days: several bath and beach towels per guest are provided as well a spare bed linen. Then we will pass once a week to replace the towels and bed linens * After 10 days: an additional cleaning service of 2 hrs/week will be done and charged at the time of the rental at the rate of 60 Euros/week including the laundry fee.
