Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and that if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temperature is at least 55 degrees consistently. Guest access Guests have access to the entire listing and all amenities inside. Other things to note Minimum age to check-in is 25 years old NO EXCEPTIONS Guest is required to sign the rental agreement emailed directly by Blue Swell Vacation Rentals at least 7 days prior to arrival.
