This condo is in the second building from the beach with incredible end-unit view from all the extra windows! It is bright and airy and has everything you need. The gated community has two pools, grills, tennis, pickelball, and basketball courts. The community is quiet and the beach is never crowded. There are no hotels or condo nearby to clutter the beach! NO PETS, boats, or golfcarts! The space Recently renovated, this condo has updated kitchen, granite countertops, barstools, appliances, carpeting, and tile. It is clean and fresh. It has a fully-stocked kitchen or suggestions for dining out! Dining table seats six comfortably and there are two more bar stools. There is plenty of seating space in living room with flat-screen TV. Just imagine watching the porpoises go by in the morning from your third floor balcony as you sip your coffee or in the late afternoon as you sip a cocktail! This condo has a private washer and dryer for guests use. It's an easy walk to the beach with both stairs and ramp access. Towels and sheets are supplied as part of rental package. The owner has chairs and beach toys available at the start of the season, but owner does not guarantee the number or their condition as they are used by guests throughout the summer! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, Boats, or Golf-carts ALLOWED by the HOA! There are bike racks if you want to bring your own, but for the safety of all kindly refrain from parking them in the hallways! Guest access You will have full access to the entire 3-bedroom condo, washer and dryer in condo, large closets, pools, grills, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, and two beach accesses - one with ramp and one with stairs and both have showers and feet-wash stations. It is a gated-community. You will be let in their first time by the owner via remote call and after that there are two gate passes in the condo for use during your rental stay. Other things to note This unit is on the top floor of a three story condo building. There are stairs to the first floor and then about 15 to the second and again 15 to the third floor. There are no elevators in this building. The HOA enforces a no-pet policy, no boat, no golf cart, etc. on property policy. Fines are in excess of $100/day. So, please plan ahead for where you can park any extra vehicles or toys! There is ample parking for more than one car however. If needed, there is usually parking available by pickleball/tennis/basketball courts.
