Nautilus family seaside getaway

Fully remodeled 1100 ft² with two spacious bedrooms, two bath condo in Mission Beach. Unit has been redesigned to take advantage of the views, provide privacy and comfort. Guests have the opportunity to walk the beach to enjoy beach activity or sunset or guests can walk to the Bayside and enjoy sunrise and SeaWorld fireworks. The space The space is a 1100 square foot condo. there are only three units in the building. Unit was remodeled in 2022. New flooring. kitchen, and living space. Unit is a second home so it has all the amenities that a standard home would have. Unit was laid out for comfort and to take advantage of the uniqueness of the area. In the morning you have a cup of coffee by the Open bifold windows or in the patio facing the ocean. In the afternoon you have the option to go to the ocean or kick back and people watch from your second floor windows. In the evening you can relax watching movies on a 65-in TV, listening to your favorite tunes or watch the sunset from the balcony? The main bedroom has its own private bathroom with an overhead shower. The main bedroom his is also where the balcony is located. The second bedroom is laid out for the rest of the family. Bedroom includes two twin/full size bunk beds. In addition, there is a 40-in TV screen so the kids can enjoy their own time, while Mom and Dad are in the living area. Guest access This is a small condo unit with three units total. This particular unit is on the second floor. The lower unit is a small office, the third unit above is a personal residence. Guests will have sole access to the unit. Common area is the hallway leading to the unit and small outdoor space in front of the unit on the ground floor. Other things to note Recommend you meet your travel needs by using Uber or Lyft, there is limited free parking and public paid parking in Mission Beach (no designated parking). All beach toys, chairs, umbrellas are provided and are located in the common area of the building. Mission Beach is centrally located in San Diego. you may access La Jolla, downtown San Diego, Kearny Mesa, Petco Park, del Mar fairgrounds, fishing, museums and restaurants. Home/Apartment rentals differ from hotels. Home/Apartment offer full kitchens, and are more spacious and economical than hotels. On the other hand, an Home/Apartment is like your own home in that you provide your own toiletries (soap and shampoo), paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, cleaning supplies and the like. Please treat the apartment as you would your own home and read the following rules: 1. CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT. Check in is after 3 P.M. (local time) and check-out is before 11:00 A.M. (local time). NO Early check-ins or Late check-outs. Please plan accordingly as we do not have a leave-luggage facility. 2. NO SMOKING In Unit - This is a NON SMOKING Home/Apartment. There is a designated smoking area outside home, please do not leave cigarette butts on the grounds outside. No Smoking applies to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and like kinds. 3. PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental under any conditions, except with the written (including fax or email) separate agreement with the owner. There The owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. 4. DAMAGE FEES- Tenants shall be responsible for damages or an excess cleaning fee unless the following conditions are met. a) No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or unpaid collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash. Soiled dishes are cleaned. d) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. e) No linens are lost or damaged. F) Air conditioner shall remain in Eco position unless agreed to otherwise by host through HomeAway. 5. Maximum guest is 6, this includes children over five years old. additional guests may stay provided that owner is contacted and the additional fees paid upfront. Any violation May results in Forfeit of deposit. By making reservation, guest acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of the agreement. For guest's safety there are 2 outdoor security cameras covering the home entry ways. THINGS OF NOTE The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day. Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable.
