The space Escape to Maine in this Cozy 1 Bedroom apartment with private bathroom and kitchenette. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and a "click clack" (futon style) sofa in the eat in kitchen. *Please note the sofa is a folding sofa not a pull out and is very firm. This space is recommended for 2 adults and 2 kids but can accommodate 4 adults as a budget friendly option. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment as well as use of the shared 5 acre property.
