Our one-bedroom, one-bath beach-level condo is in Building C, offering some of the closest access to the sand you’ll find at Pajaro Dunes. Located right along the dunes, this first-floor home places you just steps from the beach—so close that when you’re relaxing inside and looking out through the sliding glass doors, you can see the beach and watch the waves roll in from the living room and patio. The condo sleeps up to four guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room, making it ideal for couples or small families seeking a true beachfront escape. Completed in January 2026, the full remodel includes a brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops, all-new appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker, along with a newly updated bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and modern finishes. The living room is warm and inviting with a new electric fireplace, dimmable lighting throughout, and a Smart Roku TV with Spectrum cable and all the popular streaming apps. The master bedroom also features a Smart Roku TV for added comfort. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, a Cuisinart electric BBQ, games and puzzles, and even a telescope for marine life watching. As an added bonus, guests enjoy two complimentary Monterey Bay Aquarium passes.
