On the main floor, you'll find a bright and welcoming living space with two sofa beds (one is queen-size with a premium mattress), blackout curtains for restful nights, and a smart TV with Netflix. The upper floors feature three comfortable bedrooms with quality double beds, natural light, and a calm atmosphere — ideal for group stays. One of the bedrooms also includes a second smart TV. Three mobile air conditioning units provide airflow throughout the house (note: they are effective but not silent at night). The dining area includes seating for 9 between the table and bar, perfect for shared meals or remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. A laundromat and dry cleaner are located just 10 meters away. Please note: the staircase to the top floor is narrow — very large suitcases may be difficult to carry upstairs.
