The space "Fishermen's Paradise" is an immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath canal front townhouse with a boat slip in Mexico Beach that is on the beach-side of Hwy 98. It has been totally gutted and rebuilt. Everything in this unit is brand new from the ground up including stainless steel kitchen appliances and all of the furnishings. It features an open floor-plan downstairs with the kitchen, dining, living area and 1/2 bath. Upstairs hosts the Master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bath and private patio facing the canal. Also upstairs is the second bedroom which hosts a queen bed and a private bathroom. You will have use of the large community patio that is outside the back door and right on the canal. Watch all of the boats as they pass by. A short 3-4 minute walk out the front door puts you on the gorgeous, white sandy beach. Very few places are canal front and this close to the beach where you can sunbathe, fish, swim and enjoy the most exquisite sunsets! This home has smart TVs for streaming. No smoking & no pets allowed. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
