The house is cozy, peaceful and a great retreat for couples, new families, solo adventurers, artists, writers, photographers, and business travelers. The space We love hosting guests from all over the world, near and far. Our hope is you'll be able to gather friends & family, get cozy in our home and enjoy the beautiful Mojave Desert and the views of Joshua Tree National Park right from our front porch. The Jensen is a 2 bedroom 2 half bath 750 sq ft property—great for friends, couples or a small family. The home has one king bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed. The bathroom is divided into two separate areas (a bathing room, equipped with shower and tub and a second room with the toilet and hard sink) - created in such a way that you'll only find in the desert. We invite you and your guests will check-in, kickback, unplug and start slowing down to enjoy desert life. We look forward to sharing the magic of the desert with you soon! • DEPOSIT We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages! Guest access • You will be sent a number code for the lockbox upon booking. Your code will be active ONLY during the time of your stay. Any questions or problems, feel free to contact me. Guests have access to the entire 750 sq. ft house and amenities. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • A/C The Jensen is cooled by mini splits through out the house and they are powerful air conditioners and heaters that will help keep the temperature enjoyable for your stay. • BATHROOM Please note that the bathroom is listed as "2 half baths" but it is really 1 full bathroom that is separate in two different bathrooms. The first bathroom is the shower and tub - which is located in the master bedroom. The second bathroom has the toilet and the sink. Because of this layout it means that the whole house will need to access the master bedroom to use the shower and the whole house will access the hall bathroom that has the toilet and sink. • STAR GAZING For viewing of the night sky, it is best to keep all lighting to a minimum. This includes lighting inside the house that can bleed out the night sky. Moonless nights are of course the best. • PETS We loves pets but only allow dogs at this property. • WIFI Desert WIFI can be a little spotty and it may go in and out at times. Cell service works great and there hasn't been any issues with guests and having service. Please use this time to disconnect, relax and enjoy your time in the desert. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property.
