The king-size bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks offer luxury. Upstairs, find a second king suite with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has twin-over-twin bunk beds and a queen bed, perfect for kids. The adjacent bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Step outside to the covered patio overlooking Royal Sands pools, with a gate to the family pool. The community features three pools and a hot tub. Rinse off under the outdoor shower and relax on the porch swing or dine outdoors with 4 chairs. Beach amenities include a deck box with chairs, a canopy, wagon, and sand toys. The front porch is ideal for morning coffee or sunset watching. With two driveways accommodating 4 vehicles/boats and limited overflow parking, convenience is key. Nearby attractions include Dylan's, La Playa, Trout Street, and The Bluewater Cowboy. We have room for 4 vehicles in our driveways. There is overflow parking behind the house. Port Aransas is a golf-cart community. The neighborhood has a golf-cart accessible boardwalk.
