Or just enjoy chic atmosphere and the patio outside of the fully stocked kitchen. The Pen is yours to enjoy! Note: w/d available for extended stays. The space The Pen is modern and cozy. It has a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Also available in the fully stocked kitchen are a toaster, blender, waffle iron, and a Keurig, all the amenities needed to make your stay delightful. There are ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms and bamboo hardwood floors throughout the rest of the home. Exposed brick, which is a traditional characteristic of a Baltimore row home, is selectively displayed. A fenced-in patio awaits off the back of the kitchen with a table and chairs, creating a pleasant, intimate outdoor atmosphere. Other amenities are WIFI, smart tv’s, a security system (with cameras capturing the exterior front door & backyard), a Bluetooth speaker enabled light fixture on the 1st floor, allowing sound throughout the home. The bedroom and living room have darkening shades, but if left open from the top or bottom, you will be able to enjoy the light of the day. The living room is comfortable with a velvet couch and smart tv. Additionally, there's a dining area that can double as an at-home workspace. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself and access throughout, excluding a bedroom and the basement which are locked off. The washer and dryer, located in the basement, are available for stays of weeks or more. Other things to note The Pen is sanitized in between guest following the American Hotel & Lodging Association Guidelines. There will be a $25 per day fee charged for each unregistered guest.
