Located 1 hour south of Paris, you can visit the medieval city of Provins, a historical heritage site, less than 15 minutes from the villa, and the magnificent Gothic cathedral of the city of Sens, 20 minutes away, for an unforgettable stay. The space Villa Evasion is located in the heart of a country village. The villa has 200 m2 of living space on 3 levels and is surrounded by a large wooded garden of 1700 m2: a real paradise. The garden is fully fenced and equipped: ping pong table, large basketball hoop, heated pool and relaxation area. Free parking spaces outside the villa and possibility to park 2 vehicles inside the villa. The trampoline located in the garden will delight young and old. - On the ground floor you will find a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet area. - The lounge area features a fireplace and a large flat screen as well as board games. For the dining area, a large family table in the center of a bright veranda awaits you for friendly meals. - The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, food processor, capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender and dishes). Upstairs you will find: - A master suite and private shower - A bedroom with 4 single beds and foosball Basement: - A laundry room equipped with a washing machine - A large soundproofed movie room equipped with a large screen and pool table - A gym equipped with indoor bike, treadmill, trampoline, equipment and weight machine The villa has a large 5 m x 10 m heated swimming pool with the possibility of covering it at will for magical moments all year round! Within the pool area, you have several deckchairs, a gas barbecue and a dining area. Your comfort is our priority: shampoo, shower gel, soaps, hairdryer are at your disposal. The villa has free access to very high speed internet. (fiber optic) It is located 5 minutes from supermarkets: Carrefour market, Aldi... but also an organic bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, butcher shop, restaurant, traditional pizzeria and fast food, bank and post office. Garden items are available in the garage. Other things to note Quiet and pleasant residential area Noise nuisances not tolerated: we do not accept parties in the broad sense. Our pool is operational from May to the end of October. The temperature is between 24 and 28 degrees depending on the outdoor weather.
