The space Come and discover the "Grenier de la Tour", a charming apartment ideally located on the Côte de Granit Rose, in the heart of the pretty town of Tréguier, 10 minutes from superb coves with turquoise waters, and halfway between Paimpol -Bréhat and Perros-Guirec. The apartment is located in one of the two towers constituting the gates of the city, built in 1610 and classified as historical monuments. Thanks to a complete and quality renovation, you will be able to enjoy the charm of the old stones and the exposed beams, but with all the modern comforts. These apartments are located on the second and third floor of the tower (no lift), in a quiet environment offering a beautiful view of the marina and the Jaudy estuary. You will stay in a very comfortable and particularly atypical apartment, fitted out in a former granary. For 300 years, wheat arrived by boat and was unloaded on the quays of Jaudy, then stored in the tower. The apartment has modern equipment and a neat decoration. The charm of the stone and the old beams will bring you relaxation and well-being. The "Grenier de la Tour" is located on the 3rd floor of the tower. Covering an area of 43 m², it consists of an equipped kitchen open to a living room, and a duplex bedroom with quality bedding. A bathroom with large shower, separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine complete this set. To reach the duplex room, you will have to take a spiral staircase that is more than 400 years old. Note: this spiral staircase leading to the duplex bedroom is narrow. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, or who have difficulty moving around. Only small suitcases can be taken up in the bedroom (large suitcases can be easily stored in the large laundry room). Access to the "Grenier de la Tour" on the 3rd floor is via an old spiral staircase, without a lift. Access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, or who have difficulty moving around. To reach the duplex room, you will have to take a narrow spiral staircase (width 70 cm) more than 400 years old. Only small suitcases can be taken up to the room (large suitcases can easily be stored in the large laundry room).
