Quiet, Le Poirier au Roi is a one-hectare park animated by birds, a 200 m² house, a heated swimming pool (May to September), Jacuzzi by the pond, space to be quiet, play pétanque, ride a bike for children within the estate, everyone will find their moments of tranquility. Located in the Cher in the middle of the Châteaux, Chenonceau, Clos Lucé, Chambord, you can enjoy the countryside. Bords du Cher, tree climbing. 14 people max. The space The house is composed of: - A large dining room with a round table for 8-10 people. Possibility to add tables in the living room to reach 14 seats. - A living room with fireplace facing the park with two sofas. - A large bedroom on the ground floor with access to the bathroom as a master suite. - A large fully-equipped kitchen. - A laundry room on the ground floor. - 2 toilets on the ground floor + 1 on the separate floor with sink. - 2 large bedrooms upstairs. - 1 bathroom upstairs. - 1 bedroom in the Tower. - 1 billiard room with cinema corner and arcade games. - 1 laundry room upstairs. In terms of sleeping accommodations: - 4 bedrooms, 4 double beds including 3 bedrooms with extra sofa/bed (of the 3 sofa beds in the bedrooms, 1 is for two teenagers or 1 adult (because it's less wide, recommended) (in total, this is a maximum of 14 people) Entertainment: Heated pool (May-September), Billiards, Arcade Terminal, PS4, Pétanque, Ping-Pong table, Wifi, 75-inch TV screens in the billiard room and 65-inch in the dining room, pond, ping-pong table. Stone barbecue available. 6-seater Jacuzzi in the pondside maisonette. Electric blind on the terrace with lighting. Guest access Apart from three cupboards, the whole house is available. Other things to note When you arrive, it is important to validate the number of beds (sheets in place) Pay attention to the pool table, jacuzzi and pool, supervise children and pay attention to the liner as well as the movement of the pool enclosure (only an adult should handle it) Parties are allowed but within reason of course. Ideal house for family/friend gatherings. The Jacuzzi is available year-round. The jacuzzi is not a swimming pool and remains fragile, relaxing and calm, children should not be left unattended. Maximum 14 people day or night. IMPORTANT: The house is heated to 20 degrees. This is a country house. It's still recommended to cover up a little. It's different from an apartment.
