Quiet, Le Poirier au Roi is a one-hectare park animated by birds, a 200 m² house, a heated swimming pool (May to September), Jacuzzi by the pond, space to be quiet, play pétanque, ride a bike for children within the estate, everyone will find their moments of tranquility. Located in the Cher in the middle of the Châteaux, Chenonceau, Clos Lucé, Chambord, you can enjoy the countryside. Bords du Cher, tree climbing. 14 people max. The space The 200 m² house with a tower, situated in a quiet location on a one-hectare park with a pond, comprises: - A large dining room with a round table for 8-10 seats. Possibility to add tables in the living room to reach 14 seats. - A living room with a fireplace overlooking the park, with two sofas and a TV. - A large bedroom on the ground floor with access to the bathroom as a master suite. - A large fully equipped kitchen. - A laundry room on the ground floor. - 2 toilets on the ground floor + 1 separate floor with sink. - 2 large bedrooms upstairs. - 1 bathroom upstairs. - 1 bedroom in the Tower. - 1 billiards room with cinema area and Arcade games. - 1 lingerie upstairs. In terms of sleeping arrangements: - 4 bedrooms, 4 double beds including 3 bedrooms with extra sofa/bed (on the 3 sofa beds in the bedrooms, 1 is for two teenagers or 1 adult (because less wide, recommended ) (in total, that's 14 people maximum) Entertainment: Heated swimming pool (May to September), pool table, arcade machine, PS4, pétanque, table tennis table, Wi-Fi, 75-inch TV screens in the pool table room and 65-inch TV screens in the dining room, TV screen in the living room with fireplace, pond, table tennis table. Stone barbecue available in addition to the Weber BBQ. 6-seater jacuzzi in the cottage by the pond. Electric blind on the terrace with lighting. Guest access Apart from 4 private cupboards, the whole house is available. Other things to note When you arrive, it's important to validate the number of beds (sheets in place) Attention to the pool table, hot tub and pool, supervision of children and pay attention to the liner as well as the movement of the pool shed (only an adult must handle it) Parties are allowed but to the extent reasonable of course. Please respect the neighbourhood; this is not a place for extreme, unrestricted parties or nightclubs. Ideal home for gatherings of family/friends. The Jacuzzi is available year-round. The jacuzzi is not a swimming pool and is fragile. Relaxation and calm are required; children must not be left unattended. Maximum 14 people day or night.
