House with secure swimming pool, family home, 2 bedrooms + mezzanine, ideal for families with children, dogs ok The space Our house is 110 m2, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine. We have 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1: a new 160 bed with 1 mezzanine (2 floor mattresses for children from 10 years old) composed of a bathroom with small bathtub and toilet + 1 baby bed Bedroom 2: one new 140/200 bed + 1 baby bed if needed Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed 1 place with very good mattresses as well as a drawer bed with another mattress 1 place. Bedroom 4: 1 160 bed + 1 baby bed Also a second bathroom, with bath and shower and separate toilet upstairs. On the ground floor we have 1 small kitchen equipped with 10 m2 separated from our large living/dining room of 45 m2 adjoining our terrace. Guest access possibility to park 2 cars just in front of the house Other things to note I am myself a childminder, so we will leave a fully secure house with everything available for your children (all the necessary childcare equipment, high chair, playpen if necessary...) as well as all the games and toys in your good care.
