My chic house has a spacious 800+ sq ft nice clean basement studio to welcome only Single/ Solo professional traveller coming to Toronto for leisure , business or study immigration landing for period stay.( Direct access from main door). Across my street are Banks , shopper Drug Mart , Variety of Restaurant and a major supermarket , Please always send me a message giving me a bit more information about your trip . We hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible . Thanks The space The whole house is nice and clean. The basement studio has a spacious workstation and eating place. You can prepare your light meals with with toaster oven ,coffee machine and Microwave, rice cook, pressure cook provided in the kitchenette area .A standard full-sized fridge is also provided for your exclusive use. . Free car parking is available on the spot. Extra storage with heavy luggage would be provided in the garage . Guest access Whole basement apartment and laundry and storage room in the basement Other things to note No cooking stove is in the basement. We have full-size fridge, desktop toaster/oven, microwave, sink, plates etc. Please inquire about free parking availability before your booking . During the snow season , it is guest ‘s responsibility to shovel the snow away on guest ‘s parking lane . I am happy to help though . No house visitor would be allowed into the property during your booking period for host ‘s privacy preference . No outside shoes allowed once in the house. NO FORMAL COOKING allowed and only Weekly laundry service available. NO Furniture move in allowed . Extra heavy luggage would be stored in the safe built-in garage.
