Private House and Garden in Paris

## Space Our house is really Unique in Paris. It's hidden behind a building. Nobody knows the house is just there. If you're looking for an authentique experience you won't be disapointed. We have all our decorations and belongings there so you'll really feel as if you're home. It has it's own private small garden that you can see in the pictures ( full of flowers in the good period of the year). That changes your parisian experience as you can relax without hearing cars and smelling pollution. it's fully furnished as we live in this house about 8 months of the year > We rent it when we are away on holidays and so. It's good for up to 8 people at the same time. ## Access You have access to the entire house and Garden. When we are in our appartement in front of the house we share the garden with you. The appartement has a veranda that communicate with the garden of the house. ## Interaction You can self check in/out 24/7 with our Keybox system ## Neighborhood The neighboorood is family friendly. It has nice restaurants and shops. It's not a party area. How ever you have nice bars and café to go to for a drink. ## Transit The house is close to the subway: 5 minutes from Javel on line 10 5 minutes from Boucicaut on line 8 Bus 62 is 1 minutes from the house. Velib and Autolib are 1 minutes from the house as well. There is an office for scooter rental in our building so if you fancy a ride it's easy ## Notes We can also provide a private Parking for 15 euros/day
