Guest access Our historic cottage is reserved entirely for our guests with no restrictions. This is a single family fully private home and fenced yard with no shared spaces or amenities. Neighborhood is walkable to restaurants (including Southport Raw Bar, Quarterdeck, 15th St Fisheries, and Daniel’s), LauderdaleYacht Club, F3 Marina, European Market, shopping, Whole Foods, and a short drive (or longer walk or bike!) down the street to the beach. Please note, minimum age of renters is 25. No smoking, pets or parties. The lawn is mowed once a week by a landscaping service.
