Rental of a wooden chalet surrounded by greenery on a private plot located in the quiet countryside at the exit of Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, towards Saint-Geours-de-Maremne. Proximity to railway, infrequent passage. The 25 m2 accommodation has a covered terrace of 18 m2, a private parking space, a swimming pool, a garden area, no neighbors, no busy road. The space Inside you have two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190) in the first bedroom and two single beds (70 x 180) in the second with storage and closets. Linens and towels can be provided - €10 per bed A bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet, an open living room with bench, a table, a TV, air conditioning. A kitchen equipped with gas stoves, sink, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and storage. The chalet has a covered terrace with washing machine available, an outdoor table with chairs and a seating area (rattan sofa + coffee table). Also at your disposal is a BBQ, a bicycle rack and a small garden furniture. Check-in: from 4:30 p.m. Check-out: 10 a.m. or earlier if you need to hit the road before No pets allowed, thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Possibility to rent a paddle for €15/day and a beginner surfboard for €15/day as well. We offer a brunch service on Sundays with a full package for €20 per person and a tiny brunch for children for €8 per person (service between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.).
