The space The heart of the house is a large, bright 70 m² living room with a modern open kitchen, a comfortable lounge and a dining area. It's the perfect place to meet up after a day of discovery, and enjoy the home theatre system for a movie night. The house is fully automated for your comfort and, thanks to its almost passive design (A++), you will enjoy a pleasant indoor temperature all year round. Sleeping arrangements: Ground floor: A spacious master suite (19 m²) with dressing room and private bathroom. First floor: Three beautiful bedrooms (12 m² each), a shared bathroom and separate toilet. Extra spaces: Mezzanine: A versatile space with table football and office area. Outside: A terrace with jacuzzi for 5 people, garden furniture, trampoline and swing. Family facilities: Baby cots, toys and bicycles available. Laundry: A washing machine and two dryers are also available. Essential regulation Accommodation not suitable for parties or events. The number of guests must be strictly the same as the reservation. A security guard resides near the accommodation and a camera is present on the front yard at the entrance. Any presence of undeclared persons may result in the early termination of the stay and the invoicing of additional costs related to the management of the incident, up to €200 per person. Respect for the neighbourhood is an essential condition of the booking. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house and its outdoor spaces, including the garden, terrace and jacuzzi. Only the garage remains private and not accessible to guests. Other things to note The outside of the house is protected (for the moment) by a temporary non-lockable gate. (The house is isolated from the street despite everything) The property is isolated from the street. Access is via a temporary portal that is not lockable. To use the streaming services (Netflix, myCanal, Disney+, Amazon Prime), you will need to log in with your own accounts on the Apple TVs in the living room and master suite.
