The space As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of the cabin's rustic decor, complete with hardwood floors, wooden beams, and a stone fireplace. The spacious living room and game room provides the perfect setting for cozy movie nights, with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. But the real gem of our mountain cabin is the outdoor area, where you can soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains from the comfort of the 7 person hot tub. As you relax in the soothing waters, you'll feel your cares slip away as you take in the stunning scenery. The 2 wrap around decks and fire pit provide large gathering areas, or separation for large groups if wanted. For those who love to entertain, the cabin's fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal for your guests, complete with all the appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you could need. And when it's time to unwind, head to the lower level of the cabin, where you'll find a pool table and a cozy seating area, perfect for game night or just hanging out with friends. Items to note: We are located about 2 miles up well-maintained dirt and gravel road in a private gated community. There is a gentle grade up all the way to the home suitable for 2-wheel drive when there is no snow. Home is very private and secluded as we own all the land around the home for the most part. The home is at an elevation of 3,600 ft. on the side of a mountain, this means: 1. Not all cellular service works or works consistently. 2. We have Starlink WIFI that can be impacted by foul weather. 3. Trash service is not available in the community nor most mountain homes in Haywood county due to wildlife. We kindly ask that guests take trash to the conveniently located 4 mile miles away (5082 Jonathan Creek Rd, Waynesville, NC 28785). 4. It snows! When booking a winter stay consider all wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4x4) vehicle. The slope leading to our home isn't very steep, but anytime you have snow and ice on any surface, you can run into issues. Guest access The whole home, including 6 plus private acres as we own all property around us. Guests also have access to the community amenities including the pond and playground. Other things to note Please do NOT move the furniture around. IF you feel the need to move it around, please make sure you place it back in it's original position before you moved it.
