Here it is close to water and nature and you have about 100 meters distance to the bathing place in Lake Vänern. For those of you who have a boat and want to fish, there is a loading ramp so that you can easily get out on Lake Vänern and explore the beautiful islands around Värmlandsnäs. You are welcomed to a nice and bright cottage with a flexible floor plan and a large, lovely, glazed terrace. At the entrance you have a large porch without a roof where you can relax in the sun. You are welcomed into a small hall, bedroom with double bed you have to your right side, bathroom straight ahead, to the left of the hall is the kitchen, which is shared with the living room. Inside the living room is the cottage's second bedroom with double bed. By the large, glazed terrace there is room for a wonderful meal, breakfasts, barbecue food or other small and good things you might want during your holiday. The whole area, which is a new construction project, is nice and fresh, it is admirably beautiful when you only have Lake Vänern at your disposal at a distance of about 150 meters. Things to do nearby: In addition to swimming and fishing and relaxing on site, there is much you can do, an example is hiking on Värmlandsnäs. At the far end of Värmlandsnäs you will find Ekenäs, from there the walking trails Ladholmens- and Åkerhusleden start. Here you get a fantastic view of Lake Vänern. Ladhusleden starts from the guest harbor and is partly handicapped accessible. For those of you who are interested in culture, we suggest a visit to “von Echstedska garden” - art museum. There you can have a coffee, walk around the herb garden, and experience the house in all its glory, a visit to the culture house Silvenska which is a beautiful culture house filled with activities such as art exhibitions and handicraft sales. Or why not visit Värmlands Vikingacenters, which is a beautiful historical place suitable for all ages. There are many options here, get there by bike, boat, canoe, or hike.
