Escape to Talecca Homestead in Virgin, UT—our largest unit sleeps 6 comfortably (up to 9). A unique rustic-western gem near family farms, it’s just 17 min from Zion National Park. With 2 bedrooms, bunks, a full kitchen, and cozy indoor/outdoor living spaces, it’s your perfect base for adventure or relaxation under dazzling starry skies. This rural retreat blends modern comfort with authentic desert charm in Southern Utah’s stunning landscape. The space Please remove shoes at the door. The space has a full kitchen with common spices and oil. If you need something, or forgot something please let us know and we'll do our best to provide it. The bunk beds will not be made up, but will have freshly-laundered bedding stacked on the beds for you. Guest access We have received permission from the neighbors allowing all guests to access the Virgin River and use the private road that runs along it. Be extra respectful of the property, do not pick the fruit, vegetables, or nuts don't cut across the field, and close any gates that you open. Other things to note The building is newly finished and completely furnished. However, because of some surprises during construction, we have had to postpone the landscaping. We are sorry that the entire project couldn't be completed before opening, but we expect to complete the landscaping in the near future. Be aware that Virgin is a rural area, and that if you use Verizon or Sprint, service is spotty in Virgin. AT&T or T-Mobile, however, have great service here. Because of this, we provide the best WiFi we can, and you should be able to use WiFi calling. This is a rural area, and sometimes, service and power interruptions do happen.
