It is a modern country house, where my farm (Erbe di Mauro) is located, which cultivates and produces aloe, aromatic and medicinal plants. Located in the countryside of Fermo in the beautiful Marche hills, it enjoys a panoramic view of Fermo and the Azzurri mountains, (Marche Apennines) The farmhouse is located in the Fermo hills, between Fermo (FM) and Grottazolina (FM), 10 minutes from the sea, and from the Porto San Giorgio (FM) highway exit The space The property consists of a Main House and an Annex. The swimming pool is 5m x 14m in size, and is provided with sun loungers and umbrellas. - Main House: On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen complete with all the appliances and a large room with large tables and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner together. On the first floor, you have 4 bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, you have two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. - Annex: The annex is arranged on a single ground floor. You have a small kitchen, always equipped with all appliances, and two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, which can also be used by the disabled.
