Il Casale di Mauro is a modern and cozy country house surrounded by the green hills of the Marche region, just 5 km from Fermo (FM) and 10 minutes from the main beaches and the Porto San Giorgio (FM) highway exit. It has a beautiful and open panoramic view of the Azzurri mountains and the city of Fermo. It is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation and nature. The farmhouse offers well-kept rooms, large outdoor spaces and all modern comforts, combined with the warmth of family hospitality. The space The property consists of a Main House and an Annex, immersed in the tranquility of the Marche hills, with views of the Monti Azzuri and the city of Fermo. In the farmhouse there are 3 kitchens, 9 bedrooms with 2, 3, 4, 5 beds and 10 bathrooms. The swimming pool (5 x 14 meters) is for the exclusive use of guests and is equipped with sun loungers, mats and parasols to ensure maximum relaxation. The Main House: Ground floor: large kitchen fully equipped with everything, with all appliances and spacious dining room with large windows, ideal for sharing lunches and dinners with friends. Outside you will find large terraces and large gazebos complete with everything, where you can spend the day and the hottest hours. First floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are double, each with a private bathroom. The rooms have large terraces and large panoramic windows. Second floor: 2 large bedrooms, up to 4 beds, also with private bathroom. A second kitchen and very large living room, overlooking a panoramic terrace. Dependance: Located entirely on the ground floor, a short walk from the main house, it has a kitchen complete with appliances and two double bedrooms that sleep 2/4 people and a private bathroom. Outdoors, a large gazebo complete with tables and chairs. The spaces are also suitable for people with disabilities.
