Villa il Cigno is located in a panoramic position, surrounded by a postcard landscape: soft hills, wide meadows where roe deer graze undisturbed, oak and pine forests. The Villa, with private enclosed garden and large infinity pool, offers total privacy. The perfectly equipped kitchen has been custom built; the five bedrooms are very spacious and bright and have large luxurious bathrooms. The classic contemporary furnishings are the work of local artisans, tapestries and curtains in soft pastel colors convey freshness and harmony. Ground Floor: Bright dining room with two arched doors that open onto the front garden, very comfortable living room with sofas and armchairs and large TV, large open kitchen, fully equipped, guest bathroom, large double bedroom with two windows, walk-in closet and very comfortable bathroom with shower. First Floor: 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with large showers, a common living room with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.
