The space Welcome to Twin Palms Villa! We have carefully curated the home with our favorite mid century / desert decor. The house is 1,900 square feet with a HUGE backyard including a private pool and jacuzzi. There are 2 living spaces. The larger includes a 70 inch mounted Smart TV, ready to stream your favorite app as well as a gas fireplace for those chilly winter evenings. The smaller living room is designed as a lounge including a wet bar with plenty of cocktail supplies. There are Crosley record players in both living spaces with a diverse vinyl collection to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. There’s brand new appliances including a fridge, oven range, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the formal dining room or a quick bite in the breakfast nook. The master bedroom has a King size tempurpedic bed and a sliding door that opens directly to the pool area. Use the 70 inch mounted TV to watch your favorite app from bed via the connected Apple TV. This room also includes a workspace in case you need to get any work done while you’re here. The private en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a walk in closet, and a brand new rain shower and separate soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-sized memory foam beds with wireless chargers on the bedside tables. Each room has plenty of closet space including hangers and shelving. The second bathroom has a brand new rain shower with a modern sliding glass door. The backyard has plenty of furniture to lounge or hang out, including a dining table that seats four. Enjoy a backyard barbecue with the included gas grill. Tank can be filled at Home Depot, which is a 5 minute drive. The large pool and jacuzzi are on an automatic timer throughout the day. Our pool cleaners come very early in the morning on Tuesdays and Fridays to clean and regulate the water. If there happen to be any leaves that have blown into the water feel free to use the provided pool net hanging from the sun shade over the siding doors. The gardeners also come on Tuesdays to mow the backyard. Pre approved dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Unapproved dogs subject to forfeiture of security deposit. ALL UTILITIES OTHER THAN WIFI & TRASH ARE BILLED ON A PRORATED MONTLY BASIS OR AS BILLS BECOME AVAILABLE FROM THE UTILITY COMPANIES DURING GUEST STAYS. Utility deposit will be collected from guest before check in. Guest access you will have access to the entire home other than the garage which is used for storage.
