Downstairs: Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, dining, lounge area with 2 ceiling fans, tv/Blu Ray dvd, table tennis table, bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c and laundry sink, no washing machine.
